I offer a space where you can pause, listen inwardly, and gently reconnect with the path that has always been yours.

About Me — A Soul’s Passage Toward Its Own Light

For many years, I traveled around the world, visiting more than 100 countries and meeting people whose stories shaped my understanding of what it means to be human. Every culture, every moment, every encounter revealed a different side of life — joy and freedom, but also pain, silence, and loneliness. Over time, I came to understand that each of us carries a story that deserves to be heard with care.

Yet the most important journey I ever took was not the one traced across maps. It was the journey inward — through emotions I had long avoided, through memories tucked away too deeply, and through questions without easy answers. 

That inner path led me toward greater clarity, calm, strength, and a deeper connection with my own essence. Today, I accompany others on their own inner journeys.

As a psychotraumatologist, coach, and psychotherapist in training, I create a space where you can pause, breathe, and meet yourself more honestly. A space where courage can begin to grow and where the path toward the life you truly want to live can slowly become visible again. I do not offer ready-made solutions — I believe that each person already carries within themselves the resources needed for healing and change.

Over time, these experiences naturally led me to the work I do today.

Credentials

Psychotraumatology

I am a psychotraumatologist working with developmental and relational trauma. My training includes, among other areas, working with trauma from a Gestalt perspective, sexual trauma, medical trauma, and crisis intervention

Gestalt Therapy

Since 2021, I have been training at the Gestalt Institute.
I work in an approach grounded in mindfulness, here-and-now contact, dialogue, emotional awareness, and the therapeutic relationship

Embodiment & Expression

In my therapeutic work, I draw on practices that gently open the doorway to the body’s wisdom and the deeper currents of emotion.
I integrate experiences that deepen embodied awareness — acting workshops, voice work, elements of tantra, and conscious movement.
These modalities allow me to work holistically, weaving together the mind, body, and energy

I remain devoted to deepening my understanding of psychotraumatology, relational therapy, and somatics.
I work under supervision and stay engaged in my own therapeutic process to ensure safety, professionalism, and depth in the work we do together.

💛 I support people who feel that the past still influences their life, relationships, or decisions — and are ready to stop this. I work with people who:

 

🌿 Grew up in emotionally difficult homes

In alcoholic, narcissistic, or dysfunctional families — places where love, stability, and safety were missing.

 

💔 Experienced emotional abuse or manipulation

Including codependency, gaslighting, being the “scapegoat,” or taking responsibility for other people’s emotions.

 

🖤 Carry difficult emotions inside

Shame, guilt, fear, loneliness, numbness, disconnection from themselves — and want to understand and release them

 

 

🌅 Long for inner change

They seek peace, freedom, meaning, a deeper relationship with themselves, and a life that is no longer led by past wounds.

 

🔥 Struggle with overwhelm and pressure

Burnout, perfectionism, chronic stress, low self-esteem, or the feeling that “I always have to be strong.”

 

✨ Feel that they are “not living their own life”

They have the sense that they are fulfilling others’ expectations, losing touch with their own needs, and want to regain authenticity and agency.

My intuition helps me sense emotions, unspoken needs, and subtle tensions — allowing me to meet you exactly where you are.
This inner guidance leads me in my work just as much as knowledge and experience do, creating a space where you can feel truly seen on a deeper level.

Individual approach

I don’t follow fixed structures; instead, I listen to the unfolding of your inner landscape — your rhythm, your direction, and what rises within you in this very moment.
Your journey leads, and I walk beside it.

Relationship

The way we are together in therapy becomes a healing space — shaped by presence, authenticity, and attentive awareness.


It is the quality of our connection that allows what is hidden to surface, what is wounded to soften, and what is true to emerge.

Integration

What once felt fragmented can gradually be integrated into a sense of wholeness — held, understood, and woven back into your inner experience in a way that brings coherence and calm.

Curiosity

I am deeply curious about people — their stories, emotions, and the ways they experience the world.
This curiosity allows me to meet you without assumptions or judgment, with genuine interest in what is alive within you.
Because of it, each session becomes a space of discovery — at your pace, in your truth.

 

 

Every journey begins with a single step. And I know how difficult that step can feel when life becomes heavy and fear overshadows joy.

This is why I created a space where you can pause, breathe, and feel safe.

I don’t promise quick fixes.
What I do promise is that I will be there beside you — with attentiveness, empathy, and deep respect for your story.
